Troidbox
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
A platformer where you can build your own game. It's intended to build Metroidvania type games, but it's currently missing a lot of the required features to do that, like doors or enemies. So right now, it's only a basic platformer builder.
I'll probably be remaking this one (since the code is atrocious in some places) so you can have this for now.
Play using a controller for the best experience, or use your keyboard. There are no mouse controls!
Keyboard mappings are:
Left stick: WASD
Right stick: Arrow keys
A/B/X/Y: K/J/I/U
L/R/ZL/ZR: L/H/O/Y
Select/Start: Shift/Enter

The entire game is inside of one executable, and there isn't an installer.
Make sure that you choose the correct architecture for your PC. Both x86_64 and arm64 are supported on both Windows and Linux.
Linux users - you may have to make the game executable using chmod.
(Apple's systems are annoying to work with, so there isn't a Mac version right now.)
